Project R.A.S. — Redesigning Advanced Systems

Redesign the systems.
Build what comes next.

A strategic development initiative advancing the five systems that shape society — entertainment, business, education, religion, and politics — through ownership, capital, technology, and leadership.

Capital Development Goal·$25,000,000
The Path of Proof

Five milestones. One institution.

Each milestone finances measurable development objectives and establishes the proof, infrastructure, and operational capacity to advance to the next stage.

Stage 1
$2,500

Proves the concept.

Stage 2
$25,000

Proves the product.

Stage 3
$250,000

Proves the market.

Stage 4
$2,500,000

Proves the enterprise.

Stage 5
$25,000,000

Builds the institution.

“$2,500 proves the concept. $25K proves the product. $250K proves the market. $2.5M proves the enterprise. $25M builds the institution.”

The Mission

Five systems. Redesigned.

We identify outdated structures and develop new models that integrate ownership, capital, technology, education, leadership, and community development — not simply participating in existing systems, but building better ones.

Entertainment

Own the stories, stages, and screens that shape culture.

Business

Build enterprises that circulate capital inside our own communities.

Education

Platforms that teach ownership, capital, and technology.

Religion

Institutions that anchor faith, order, and community development.

Politics

Leadership and structures that protect generational interests.

The Capital Model

Mission-aligned by design

10%

Ministry & Community

Subject to governing agreements, applicable law, and fiduciary obligations, 10% of designated proceeds are allocated toward approved ministry and community-development initiatives.

90%

Development Capital

Designated development capital supports technology, intellectual property, applications, personnel, infrastructure, education, marketing, research, and programs across the five R.A.S. systems.

All allocations are documented through separate accounting records and appropriate inter-entity agreements.

The Lineage

We have done this before.

Marcus Garvey's economic initiatives and communities like Tulsa's Greenwood District — often called Black Wall Street — demonstrated the power of people creating their own businesses, institutions, networks, and economic opportunities.

Imagine what we can do.

Governance

Built on order, not promises

R.A.S. operates through a governing board and trustee structure supported by executive leadership, financial controls, technology leadership, and designated directors for each of the five systems. Investment, ministry, and operational funds are separately documented and accounted for.

  • Governing board & trustee structure
  • Executive leadership & financial controls
  • Designated directors for all five systems
  • Separately documented investment, ministry & operational funds

Specific securities or investment terms — including ownership percentages, valuation, units, investor eligibility, return structure, transfer rights, and offering exemptions — are established in the applicable offering and subscription documents, not implied through general participation.
